Todd has 30 years of technical and management experience in Inspection, Turnarounds, Maintenance, Reliability and Engineering in oil and gas refining, mid-stream and upstream operations.
After graduating from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Todd worked in various roles as Refinery Rotating Equipment Engineer, Inspection Supervisor, Turnaround Manager, Engineering Manager and Onshore/Offshore Maintenance Manager.
Todd has extensive Process Safety Management experience, especially with Mechanical Integrity and Inspection programs. He has previous qualifications in API-510, 570, 653 and NBIC and is a past presenter at the American Fuels & Petrochemical Manufactures (AFPM) Reliability Conference.
He has also set-up and managed MOC, PSSR, PHA, PSI, QA/QC and Facility Siting programs. He is a Proven leader of organizations with as many as 250 full time employees, with extensive leadership, continuous improvement and budget management experience. His well-rounded background with experience in Asset Integrity, Rotating Equipment, Fixed Equipment, TAR leadership, and Reliability will enable BoilerRock to help your plant’s uptime and reliability by providing guidance and assistance with your mechanical integrity, reliability and TAR programs.
